Small job. Wanting to have a spiral staircase from upper deck to backyard. Trench shovel in images shows staircase centre. Need current retaining wall and hole dug out, solid concrete footing added and new retaining wall. Footing to deck height needs to be 3050mm, which matches current concrete floor height at bottom as shown. New retaining wall possibly semi circular to match spiral shape (80 cm diameter TBD) Already have a tradie to install staircase. - Due date: Before Friday, 4th Feb 2022
