Replace a BCA chip APW8743 on a laptop motherboard. The chip is very tiny, about 3.5 x 3.5 mm and has 4 pins on each side. Motherboard would be removed from the laptop body if required for the job. Could bring the stuff for the job to be completed on the spot at your premises.

I have a surface pro computer, it’s 3 years old and used only for work. The storage is at max capacity. I’ve followed very basic cleaning suggestions online to help but it’s not a long term solution.
