The Apple Store confirmed today 1/11/24 that my screen on my Mac Air bought new 2020 is caput. The computer part is still OK. I am looking for someone who can put in a new screen for a reasonable price.

My son has been locked out of his laptop (HP elitebook). I have tried to reinstall the operating system / reset the laptop but it went as far as 50%. The IT guy at school also experienced the same thing. So not sure what to do here as my son never used a password before but all of a sudden it asked for one .

I have about 4 old hard drives that contain photos which I would like to upload to iCloud, however they are configured for a Mac but I currently own a PC. I know it’s possible to change this - I just don’t know how. I’d also like to reset my laptop. The OneDrive is currently in my ex-husband’s name and linked to an old work email account of his that he no longer has access to. As a result, I can’t seem to link my Microsoft 365 that’s on my phone to my laptop (I used to be able to - I’m not sure what’s happened!).
