I first noticed that my sound had failed during a video chat on Messenger. Then when I tried to watch a video on YouTube all I could hear instead of a voice was a squeaky sound. I've tried to Google a solution, and even bought some software, but it didn't work. I don't know what kind of problem it is. Maybe it's possible to diagnose/fix the problem remotely? - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 10 July 2022
