I think it's been hacked as all my phones and things in the house are not allowing our passwords we have constant problems now my samsung mobile has been hacked I think someone's sent pictures to our phones that gave them access to our data. the microsoft outlook email account that is connected with my pc has been hacked and i can no longer access my PC. I tried installing an upgraded version of windows 10 to allow a factory reset but now it is not doing anything at all.

I have a new Optus 4g modem, requiring a new password. My Apple phone and iPad are done, but I can’t do the same with my Acer laptop and Canon wifi printer, despite getting free help from a techno online. The new password has been submitted numerous times to no avail. Also, the printer cord from Optus has different connections from the ones there now, I have also removed a cord from the back of the printer which now won’t go back in. Have had issues with my work laptop recently where it randomly turned off and would turn back on. Few weeks later it’s turned on but with a message screen I can’t get passed. Error message: “detection error on storage device m.2” I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps and replaced battery, cleaned and secured the hard drive. My laptop suddenly went black and wouldn’t turn on last week. I have had my company IT try to troubleshoot any issues over the phone. I.e turn on and off, hold rest and power and even remove battery and try to turn on etc All unresponsive and no sign of charging at all. My laptop screen won’t turn on. The power button lights up then immediately stops but, does charge when I plug the laptop in. Does not turn on though
