My laptop’s keyboard is acting strangely. I used to switch between languages using the Shift key, but that no longer works. Several keys have changed—for instance, “?” has turned into “/”—and Shift no longer capitalises letters. As I type frequently, this is very frustrating Also, the laptop’s internal microphone isn’t working. It works with an external microphone, but not in call software. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but no luck. Can anyone help? Thank yiu very much.

Hi, my Lenovo ideapad isn't picking up Bluetooth devices anymore.
