I have a laptop from a previous employer (company no longer exists) where I can’t get past the BitLocker encryption. I’m assuming this would be a hardware fix but keen to find help. Am based in Fairlight, NSW. Thanks!

Laptop stopped working. Caps lock button is blinking which apparently is a power suplly issue. Tried rebooting several times, with and without charger.

Hi Taskers. My Lenovo Carbon X1 says "battery not detected". I have tried some online recommendations but no good. I suspect may need to unscrew back panel of laptop and check battery connections /reinstall.

1. Dell laptop no bookable devices found error, after a factory reset. 2. Get files off old laptop (HP) which isn't restarting due to water damage.

The laptop's sound system, same with the screen brightness controls stoped working and after the USB ports are not reading anything. I would like to restore the laptop to its factory settings with a newer option of software possible but I could do it myself because it requires a hard rive with the software and as the USB port are not reading a hardrive neither I couldn't complete the process

I've an old laptop that needs rebooting/resetting. Specifically, a USB with a Windows system reinstall doesn't have mouse/keyboard driver, so can't get past 'Select Language' screen without being able to use keys/mouse. If you've a solution, happy to come to you if local-ish. Thanks all!

HP spectre laptop cannot turn on anymore. I already tried (1) putting a brand new battery in, no luck; and (2) turning it on without battery, also no luck. The charger seems to work fine as the orange light still comes on when plugged in. Need someone to try to get it working again, or otherwise help to recover the files from the hard drive and onto our portable hard drive. Location is Bayview, 2104, Northern Beaches.
