Just want to get a lattice fixed on my colour bond fence

I need a professional fencing contractor to extend my existing 12-meter timber fence from its current height of 1.5m to at least 2.4m or up to 3m for added privacy. The existing fence has 100mm-wide palings, and I want to add 150mm-wide palings on top to achieve the new height. The job includes: 1. Adding new 2.4m or 3m high, 150mm-wide palings above the existing fence. 2. Installing an additional rail above the current top rail for extra support. 3. Reinforcing each fence post to extend the height by attaching a 90x45mm H3 treated timber, notched over the rails and securely nailed to support the higher fence. Supply and install 4 sheets of lattice, 2400 x 1200 to top of colour bond fence. Similar to existing on 3 panels (see photo)

*** Tasker to bring a spray gun for this job - not interested in brush painting*** Spray paint fence (7m long, 2m high). One side of fence required - fence has been sanded + cleaned, no prep work required. Spray paint 3 x lattice (2.4m long, .900 high). Only required to paint one side of the lattice Request for two coats on fence and each lattice. Also to be very mindful and careful with the magnolias in the garden as they have just been planted. We need to enclose underneath of one side of the house with lattice. Please see photos of area to be enclosed and then photos of what we would like (to match the back of our house). JOB 1) Aluminum fence has been temporarily removed in part to allow for access, reinstalled with an occy strap in meantime to continue to allow access. I am hoping someone could supply the materials (latch, hinge etc) and labour to permanently make this a secure gate on the fence. See mark up on image 1 example, image 2 shows fence in situ. JOB 2) Requires a hard landscaping solution to retain height of jasmine on side fence and support the vine growing up fence. This could be lattice work however a simpler solution could be stake/wire along the length. Soft landscaping (trimming/removal) labour not required. See image 3 for reference.
