Remove bougainvillea from front yard that has fallen over and dispose of it. It is very spikey. Dig out the roots as much as possible. Lay new turf on the existing grass area. It is about 4m x 4m. I will buy the turf locally near Birkdale but you need to pick it up as they charge about $500 for delivery which is uneconomical. I would also order some sandy soil to lay it on. Access is easy via the front driveway and side gate. A trailer or Ute can access the front yard.

Hi, I look after a small townhouse complex that I don’t have time to do this run. I need the council strips out the front and side whipper snipped, mowed and blown down please. Also required a general weeding of common area garden beds and front walk ways of the 13 townhouses - some have ver small amount of weeds, some a bit more. I have approximately 500M2 block that needs some TLC. It's mostly grass and also dried dirt. I need it mowed, raked, garden beds tidied up a little (there are two). I would also like trees and shrubs cut back and then garden debris put into our green bins or to the tip.
