Remove old lawn unstall new turf

Hi Im looking for an experienced gardner to: -mow some very long lawns; -Remove weeds from paving; -Remove weeds from garden beds; -pressure wash paving; and -cut back the bird of paradise plant (see pic) to about half its current size. The grass area is approximately 20 m x 4.5 m The paved area is approximately 6 m x 4.5 m. I have a green bin, but the excess green waste will need to be taken away so please factor in tip costs.
