Two areas of garden (out the front and out the back) need mowing and trimming. I've attached photos. We have a lawnmower and whipper snipper here but you can use your own equipment if you prefer.
Josh arrived on time, came in with his equipment and did everything needed with the gardens to help us prepare for a rental house inspection. Would be happy to hire him again.
