We have a 4000m square block that requires regular mowing and tidying up around the edges. Happy to do ongoing if you are looking to make it regular maintenance. It does have a house so the lawn itself is maybe half that. Would be good to do an hourly rate 1st and then charge flat rate once you know what is involved.
