Updated. See pictures (1) Trim 1.5m from the top. 0.5m from the side. (2) Very little there. Just trim 1m from the top and 0.5m from the sides. (3) Mow lawn* (average grass/weeds is shin-knee height). Lawn is very small (around 70-80m2?). Trim Hedges & tree branches - right side is about 15-20m in long. Left side some simple thin trees about 10m long. For both sides - trim 1.5m in height and 0.7m from the side. Depth is around 2m. Cut the palm tree so it's the same height as the hedges. The very tall tree at the back is the neighbour's. (4) Trim hedges - 1.3m in height and 0.5m from the side. Length of this area is only around 5m and depth around 2m. (5) Trim a little bit of the hedges so it's 0.5m below the gutter. (6) Weeds* (7) A few little dead branches here and there - cut and remove (8) 3 small dead trees on the right - completely remove incl roots. The one on the left - cut and remove dead branches only. (9) Cut grass Don't need a perfect 10/10 job. Just a solid 7/10 job, look decent/fine/neat & cheaper please. - *Quite a lot of weeds throughout. Kill/remove ALL weeds around the house and spray all weeds (we will provide the spray). - You'll likely need a big ladder - You can use our green bin (1 empty). Price to include removal of all green waste. - Should be a 2-person job, not 1-person. Wanting someone good and reliable ongoing. Due date: Flexible. Sooner preferred.
