Hi, I'm looking for quotes for a once off garden clean up before moving out of a rental property. What we'd like done: - The front lawn & nature strip need mowing (approx. 12m x 6m) - The path down the side of the house has some overgrown grass that needs trimming, and a fern that seemed to appear out of nowhere needs removing - Some weeding needs doing from the pavers in the back courtyard - The hedge in the back needs trimming (approx. 5m long x 2.5m high) See photos attached. It won't be that wet during the week, and the BBQ & gas heater from the back yard have been removed. Our green waste bin is quite small, so it'd be really helpful if you're able to remove the bulk of the cuttings yourself. Thanks very much!

We have just moved into a property in Waverley and the backyard needs the lawn to be mowed and garden needs a general tidy up (leaves, weeds etc). Relatively small yard, photos attached. Will need to provide own mower and tools / equipment.

Moving half a cubic metre of soil from street front driveway to backyard into raised new garden bed (1.2×1.2×.3) and topping up and spreading soil to existing garden beds. Move also from street to backyard, 10 rolls of turf Distance 40 metres approx from street down side path to backyard. It involves going down 3 brick paved steps. So task includes setting up a temporary ramp using timbers and bricks on site. Dismantle ramp on completion. Move and redistribute approx 10 square metres of bark mulch. Lift up and set aside approx 10 square metres of weed matting. Dig and loosen existing top soil 10sqm Spread and mix in supplied lawn fertiliser. Install supplied pvc edging around existing tree in area to be turfed. Lay 10 rolls of turf. Clean up street front of excess soil . Clean up paving on site of excess soil. An old wheelbarrow and shovel is available, however recommend bring your own tools including rake and broom The task needs to be completed on the day the soil and turf is delivered early on either Wednesday morning 27th January or Friday 29th or Monday 1st Feb

Our lawn mower isn’t working. Unsure if it’s spark plug but will only start momentarily. Home service would be ideal. Model is Briggs & Stratton Quattro 40.
