Lawn mower repair. The mower is a Victa 18" super mulcher. It stopped mid cutting the lawn . I have added oil, and cleaned air filter. I changed the spark plug and that day it would start and then stop immediately. I have drained the fuel and checked the fuel line which seems clear....
