Updating for more information - I am one side of a duplex. My regular lawn guy has moved away, I decided to give it a go myself today with a friend's mower, and have decided half way through that this is definitely a job I prefer to outsource. I have now attached pictures of the current state of the property - half finished. Ideally looking for someone to come out over the next couple days to finish the job and then would like ongoing services about once a fortnight to maintain. There is a medium sized garden bed in the front lawn that I think the old guy just whipper snipped down (I never got weeding services from him, but would like to include that from now on). Broken gazebo frame removed and dumped, new one put up and anchored with pegs , rubber mat screwed to existing pallet and some of the broken plywood dumped also , due to storm damage . Materials supplied. Basic job but unable to do due to nightshifts.
