The yard is flat and the grass isn't long, it's just I have weeds poking up and a rental inspection on Wednesday , so I want it to look nice before then. My lawn guy use to do it for $65 but he sold his business 2 months ago and the new guy is rude and unreliable (he was meant to be here yesterday, doesn't care I have an inspection and told me "maybe late next week"); That kind of customer service has lost him a loyal client, so if you want ongoing work (once month) there's that option too.
