Firstly, this is a rental property so I can't make any major changes to the yard. Im looking for a regular lawn mower/weed eater/ bush trimmer to keep our yard tidy (would need to schedule it so i can make sure our dog is put downstairs so he doesn't continually try to play with whomever is doing the work).
