Grant was very polite, friendly, and got straight to work. He was easy to communicate with throughout the process. However, after the job was completed, he requested a significantly higher payment, some of which was understandable, but some had been discussed prior to starting. While the lawns were completed, I did feel they weren’t cut short enough (although length wasn’t discussed prior) and some areas were patchy. Grant is very kind
