The work doesn’t need to be detailed—just good enough to meet Council standards. Ideally, this can be completed using a ride-on mower for efficiency. We’re mainly concerned with managing long grass and weeds, especially at the front and one side of the house. There may be a green waste bin on site, but we’re not 100% certain at this stage. Please provide an option for removal in case it’s needed.
