I need my front yard mowed and whipper snipped on a regular basis please.

Mow lawn and edged up. And overall tidy up (Ignore pallets that will be removed)

I am wanting to have my front yard to be mowed, whipper Snipped and edged and will want to have it done regularly once a month.

I need my front lawn mowed and edged and the garden beds weeded please. Lawnmowing will be on a regular basis every 2-4 weeks.

$150 on airtasker and $300 cash in person - not negotiable. This covers labour, consumables and tip passes. Home in willagee needs some TLC. I'm not a gardening type of person haha. Need to bring all equipment and take waste away. It is a decent job, so I'm expecting at least 2 trailer loads of waste taken away and 8 hours (8 hours does include last trip to unload weeds, so you leave mine after 7.5 hours). Please mow lawns too. Just do what you can in the 8 hours. A 30 Min break is expected, so hopefully someone starts around 7:30am, break from 11:30-12:00, leaves with last trailer load at 3:30pm, to provide time for drop off, ultimately ending around 4pm. If two people want to do the job, that's fine, but need to keep someone here to keep going while the other one does one trip to the tip. Pulling up of weeds required, mowing, pruning and filling in of dig holes that my dog has done. Weeds are not to be just a spray and leave - well this is acceptable for the weeds on brickwork, but I've had people spray weeds in garden beds and it's terrible. I need you to be honest, hard working and not take me for a ride like a lot of airtasker people do. Please do everything mentioned (people often skip on the pruning) My home is on a 450sqm block. Increased price offers will be ignored sorry.
