Legal Assistance Required (Criminall)

$125

Frankston North, Victoria, Australia

3rd Aug 2024

Hello. I'm looking for a solicitor, admitted in Victoria, to provide legal advice on a criminal matter. I desire the advice in writing. Specifically: A. Whether two particular offences would be classified as summary or indictable; and B. If summary, whether the 12-month statutory limitation period applies for the bringing of charges. Based on the response, the job might then involve a request for more fulsome legal advice on the particular matter, such as prospects, etc. Jurisdiction: Victoria Regarding the fee, this is a place holder. I will review offers based on their merit, even if they happen to be above 'the budget' herein.

I need a legal document served on someone in Mt Martha

$100

Mount Martha VIC 3934, Australia

23rd Jan 2024

I've got a Letter Of Demand written by a lawyer that I need served on someone who lives in Mt Martha. All you have to do is ask if they are the person, then hand them the envelope. That's it. I need you to be someone looking presentable. I need you to be taken seriously. The Letter of Demand is asking them to pay me money that they owe me. Easy money for the right person. Especially someone who lives close to Mt Martha. Happy to discuss the amount.

Legal advice - Student - Lawyer

Karingal VIC 3199, Australia

Hi there, Maybe some ppl can offer me a little advice. My problem is quite complex. Here is goes: My neighbour recently lied under oath succeed an AVO order against me - it was about an incident involving two men and myself. She said that all three of us were banging on her front door and I screamed out a threat. Which is totally false very degrading information. I was about 15 metres away from her front door and was fairly quiet having screamed nothing out. I was just talking about her cctv. We all were talking about her cctv cameras which she has one covering my two main bedrooms, and another which surveils me each day as I leave/ enter home. It views into my garage. It's very intrusive and I feel very exposed and intimidated. Her sister is a detective who has been involved. She has gathered some very personal information on me and has told my neighbour, who has used the info against me to overall bully, intimidate, torment and harass. There has been a load of bullying and some seriously corrupt police associated who have even broken into my home. Police have repeatedly offended me and twice in life threatening ways. I feel my neighbour has deliberately installed the cctv to disturb and provoke me into responding into offending so charges can be laid and police might have encouraged it. The technical term is Entrapment and it's illegal. I also have a history of hacked where hackers have hacked many if not all of my devices: computers, laptops and mobiles and most my online accounts. I am concerned my neighbours cctv is vulnerable to hacking and footage open to manipulation and abuse. If you don't think cctv is hacked please trust me. My doctor's cctv was hacked twice. His security company told him. Now the legal term to encourage a person into committing a criminal offence is a Entrapment and a Frameup: where false criminal evidence is fabricated to have a person charged . The hackers are so sophisticated that they have already manipulated some video films of me stored both in my mobile phone and laptop and know everything about me. Basically, yes , I am stalked and hacked. If I request police investigate the footage; if police refuse to investigate it, would this be a criminal offence? That's question A and B is: In the case false evidence has been fabricated, what chances do I have at proving my innocence and which legal processes would need be undertaken? Would my chances be totally dependant on the assistance of a lawyer? BC I hardly believe it's anything police will investigate without a reasonable explanation into the history concerning hacking. I am feeling very entrapped, framed, setup, and the false allegations are extremely damaging to my reputation.
