Various minor work needed for my house in Keperra QLD: 1) new letter box - old one is broken just need a new one, should be a pretty easy plug-and-play job 2) gutter cleanup - some unused items in the gutter including paints and some handy tools, all valuable tools that costs a lot to purchase outright. Taking their value into account this should also be a pretty budget job 3) new carport roof: current one is rusted and have some leakage. Happy to get a replacement. We have a brick letterbox. The metal flap has snapped in half and the hinge pin stuck in the hinge on the letterbox. We need someone to provide a solution that adds a very strong lockable letterbox cover. I’m thinking a solution would be to build out a metal frame around the existing flap hinge (as I don’t think we can remove it) and then add a new metal flap and attach it to the sturdy metal frame. Must be sturdy frame and flap which will not rust. Lock solution can be combination padlock or pin lock. May require some fabrication. Around 30 x 20 cm - exact details to be provided shortly. Install a letterbox next to driveway. Need a concrete slab. Around 40cm x 40cm x 10cm. Drill the letterbox to the concrete slab with mounting bolt.

We have a daggy old metal letter box (the 'lunch box on a metal pole' kind of look - see photo 1) which we want removed and replaced with a new (for us - 2nd hand from Marketplace - see photo 2) one which is much nicer.
