I ordered topsoil and have spread it around the garden, but the weeds took over before I could level it. Weekly clean 3 bedroom house single level 2 people

I have a 5m x 2.4m deck on my property which is being moved to a new location by a crane next week. Before it is moved I need the site prepared by placing 15 pavers (450x450mm) on the new location, they must be in the exact location of the existing decks posts (1.2m apart) and level to ensure the deck sits correctly once placed on them. The new site is fairly level, the fall is less than 100mm approx, so some pavers will need to be dug in.
