Hello! We are a family of 5, with 3 high energy children (two who are neurodiverse) and our own businesses, all which keep us very busy. Our house is two levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 3 bathrooms, with flooring of tiles, floorboards and rugs (no carpet). We are looking for a cleaner to come in once per week to support us and undertake the following: - dust - vacuum - mop - clean bathrooms and kitchen - wipe down walls - clean surfaces - some housekeeping duties (change and wash sheets periodically) No window cleaning or yard work expected. I will provide all cleaning products myself, including mop and vacuum cleaner. Recently got trees removed and stump grinded. Looking to have the nature strip levelled (a couple of remaining stumps to be removed and/or trimmed down) then have pavers (client supplied) laid. Nature strip measures 1700 wide x 10000 long (ie 1.7m x 10m). Pavers are 300W x 300L x 50H and about 150 pieces in total. Lay as much as possible.
