I will also start to fit some drainage piping I need someone that can supply road base and sand, bring a compactor to compact and level it. Then lay the pavers. Access is through the hous. We would like the pavers (pictured) to be placed on the ground. Preferably with cement underneath, but open to suggestions. The area would need to be cleared, then the ground to be levelled first. We want it flush with the edges, so pavers may have to be cut to size. Dimensions are in the pictures. I am overseas from May 28 until June 10, so the task would be for when we return. If the budget I have listed is not possible, please make an offer. This is not something I'm familiar with so I have no idea on costs involved.

builders clean- two level 4 bed room house

2 small bedrooms with carpet. Tiles and Floorboards in communal areas (entrance area, living room, kitchen). 1 full bathroom (shower and toilet) plus 2 toilets. Wooden floor stairs across 3 levels, though it's a small house. We really are clean though we like the ocassional deep clean of the bathrooms (eg. shower), primarily. We'd like someone who is paying attention to the work being done and care about quality (e.g. when dusting and wiping, getting into the cracks and corners), rather than being job after job, focused on finishing up. Other than that, there's nothing special about the house, furniture or other.
