Need a quote for land grading / levelling. The land is approx 8000 square metres.

Looking for someone to excavate my backyard to create two relatively flat areas. Access is via a gate so will need to be a mini excavator. Happy to take advice if there is a better option. Not planning to remove soil. Was thinking we could move soil from the lower level up to the top level until the lower level is flat enough. Would also be great to get that visible stump out (it is wobbling at this stage at least). The two areas are marked in the photos. They bottom area is approx 2.5 x 2.5 m squared. String line indicates approx gradient.
