Find a reliable levelling service in South East Melbourne

Need to level Backyard for pre landscaping and install concrete to a portion of the backyard. Backyard is approximately 14 * 4 metres and concreting required for approximately 6 m2.

I am about to buy a house , during building inspection the following was recommended. The building inspector noted that the ground around the front of the house isn’t sloping away from the walls as it should( area is not that big), which could lead to water pooling against the foundation. We need to regrade the area around the perimeter to ensure water flows away from the house.

Would like to have our front yard and nature strip levelled. Not a big area, not many obstacles and would like topsoil down ready for a nice lawn. Not sure what price but can negotiate before task.
