We’ve had the back of the house bagged to see if we liked it, which we do. Now need quotes to finish the rest of the house. Front garden will be landscaped after, so don’t mind some damage. Great access. Price negotiable.

I’m looking for a cleaner to come clean just the ground level + stairs of my house. The ground level includes 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area and small office. The stairs would just need a vacuum and wipe down. I am based in Manly.

Remove pebbles from front yard and level soil

New shed will be 3.4 x 4.6m consider 16m2 the size of the area to be cleared. Located at the rear of property on a raised garden bed. Existing bamboo to be retained as is. Most other plants will be disposed in green waste bins on site. Excess, I will take to the dump. Cut, bench and level approximately 200mm down into garden beds (at rear). Waste soil can be used in other parts of garden and old waterfall, excess can be piled at side of driveway Reuse bush rock from old waterfall to rebuilt rock retaining wall. I will supply concrete bags. Remove small bridge for future use elsewhere.

I need paving around the pool levelled

We have a pile of topsoil and sandstone at the rear of our yard after a partial (above ground) pool dig. We have been looking at options to have it removed from site and dumped, but it is prohibitively expensive, so we are instead looking to spread this around the rear of the backyard and raise the level. The pile is around 6m long by 3m wide and 1.5m at its peak, but total volume is less than that due to the triangular shape of the pile. We'd like the dirt spread level across the rear of the property and compacted, in the area noted with red stripes on the hand-drawn image attached. As there are some larger sandstone rocks in the pile, we'd appreciate your guidance on where to place these in the yard, or whether to remove them. Once this is complete, our priority is to lay a 3.5mx3.5m slab behind the pool to build a shed. Eventually we'll need to put soil on top of the this and re-turf. These elements are not within the scope of this job, just for context. I expect this job will need to be done with a small earthmoving machine. Access is via the side path, which is around 900mm at its narrowest point (see pics). Please hit me up with any questions.
