Levelling a small yard ready for laying lawn next Wednesday 25th September. It is currently just sand which can be raked to a lower level. It’s difficult to explain. I would like to lay some deck tiles down. But I will need the ground level before I lay down the weed mat and tiles. Some sand will need to be removed and the ground might need to be able to drain off to the grass. I haven't done this before, so getting the ground levelled and making sure it is done by someone experience is really important. Please send through your offers, I want to make sure you are paid fairly. The area is approx 4.5m * 3.6m
