Arrived on time and not only did he mount my 65inch TV, he supplied me with extension cords and longer HDMI cables so that I could completely hide all wiring and be ready to go as soon as possible. Very experienced, trustworthy and friendly person. He even went that extra mile and helped me configure my entertainment system to make sure everything worked in sync. Turn LG TV on and works perfectly fine for 2 seconds (picture and audio all fine), before the picture disappears (can faintly see it). Potential issue with the backlight. Issue same with all inputs.
