I'm looking for someone to come out for a few hours (possibly over a couple of days) and work with me to me tidy and organise the house. It will mostly be organising, potentially some cleaning.

Ongoing Airbnb change over cleans for two listings in Central Castlemaine (a home and its accompanying studio). Cleaner will need to have good availability through the week as cleans can land on any day. An average of 2-4 cleans per week EACH. so must be flexible daily between 10am-3pm. So a high commitment but very well paying job of around $350-$650 per week. Can use existing washer and dryer for linen in the change over in the main house however with the large quantity of beds, some linens will need to be dried or washed off site (or at home) at times. Ideally looking for $100-120 per clean fee for main home and $50-60 per change over for the studio. the main house generally will take 120minutes to change over and the studio 45minutes.
