These would need to be completed on 2 x 3 - 4 hr days (Monday and Tuesday) before 3pm. Tasks include: - Light cleaning tasks (dishwasher/washing up, vacuuming, organising kids toys etc) - Washing on & handing out (Monday) - Washing in & folding (Tuesday) - Household admin (e.g. light grocery shopping, pickup packages, etc) Everything required would be supplied or paid for (products, washing powders, petrol allowance). It's essential that it's these 2 days as the kids are out of the house at school and daycare so won't be in your way. If works out well, this could/should become a regular weekly role. Some examples of cleaning for this task would include but not limited to: - clean various surfaces, wipe, dust, vacuum - remake the bed fresh sheets and linens - reorganise/declutter room and wardrobe - discuss and sort old clothes to remove - clean whatever needs cleaning essentially - achieve a neat tidy functional fresh space - and then onto other areas if time permits Can do attitude. Time based work. 3 hours start to finish @ $30/ph, whatever can be improved upon in that time.

Property need a quote here locates in Berkeley Vale, right next to the Tuggerah Lake. It's a double-story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Final quote can be adjusted after inspect the property. After every check-out, you need to: - replace old linen and towels with fresh ones and make beds. - restock consumable items for new group of guests. - clean the holiday house after every check-out. - check the functionality of appliances, A/C, remotes and lights. Changing batteries if needed. Testing wifi speed etc. - take photos everytime after cleaning and upload them into the system we use to assist in better management of the property (training and assistance will be provided). - report any damages for repair or maintanace. - look after the spare keys and deliver them to the guests if they accidently lock themselves out. Rare, but might happen. Labour cost will be paid seperately. Ideally, you: - must finish the cleaning tasks between 10am to 2 or 3pm - have your own linen supplier for replacing sheets, pillow covers and towels everytime you do cleaning. - could purchase and restock consumable items when needed, and you include that in the price you charge for doing cleaning. - you able to use the system we provided to pre-schedule your cleaning work. - you able to occasionally assist in purchase items required by the property. You will claim the payment and labour cost back from us. - you could issue invoices for your services. - you live somewhere within 30 mins drive. Extra tasks like deep cleaning, delivering spare keys when emergency and assisting to purchases required items etc will be required seperately and paid seperately. Right candidate or business will have long-term business relationship with us and have multiple properties under management to earn stable income. You quote is a price you need to charge for each cleaning which needs to include 1) your labour cost for doing the housekeeping, 2) the cost of providing linen, 3) the cost of providing consumable items etc. You need to let us know if the quote include or exclude GST.
