We recently moved into a big house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) in the West End area and are looking for a regular cleaner/housekeeper. We are wanting someone who can be with us for years to come. I am currently on maternity leave for another couple of months and before I go back we are looking for someone to come once a week for 4-5 hours. When I return to work we need twice a week for 4-5 hours each time. We have two small children and a live-in nanny in the house so we are looking for a solo female cleaner. We ask that you be prepared to provide character references and to obtain a blue card if you don’t already have one. I’m currently on maternity leave and expecting a new baby at the end of the month. We have a few problem areas in the home that I am struggling to make any real progress on, so I’m looking for some help. We don’t have a proper pantry, so our kitchen benches are always cluttered. I’d love some help and tips for making better use of the storage space we have. I am also feeling overwhelmed by the clean clothes, towels, sheets, etc., and think that getting this under control and perhaps getting some new systems in place will really help once baby arrives.

I will be moving homes and need all small items, clothing, towels, books etc packed into boxes/bags. Boxes will also need to be labeled. Clothes will need to be separated into type (pants, shirts, etc).

Family member has been struggling with mental health issues for some time but is now receiving help in hospital. Their house has not been cleaned for some time. We want to get everything sorted before they return. There is a large amount of rubbish stacked in the kitchen which. Will need to be taken away as it will be too much to go in the wheelie bins. Will need the dishes done as well as it seems every plate fork and knife is siting in the sink. Otherwise the house just needs a good clean. Only the downstairs needs cleaning as the upstairs apparently has been used at all. The area to be cleaned is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room plus toilet and entry way. I will be at the house from 10.00 am to get the lawns done and can let you in then. There are cleaning supplies at the house but I cannot say what is there.
