I’m looking for someone to help me one day a week with housekeeping (cleaning, ironing/folding and a bit of cooking) at my home in Claremont and also to assist with management of my air bnb (making up beds and cleaning) in Bullsbrook. One day a week, preferably a Monday

We're looking for an incredibly responsible and efficient person, with high standards, a good work ethic, and the ability to preempt tasks that need to be done before we say them. The responsibilities included (but not limited to): cleaning bathrooms, surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, emptying bins, making beds, cooking meals with the thermomix, weeding, picking up kids from school, cleaning the car, filling the car up with fuel etc. This has the potential to be long term regular work, but it’s important to us to find the right person so we will do a four hour trial for $150, to see if it’s a good fit for you and us.

TASKS 1. Folding laundry 2. Ironing 3. Spring cleaning drawers and cupboards 4. Cleaning the fridge 5. Occasionally doing a little bit of food preparation and cooking 6. Occasionally supervising a child when parents are unavailable 7. Occasionally picking up a child from sports activities 8. Other miscellaneous tasks HOURS 3 hours, twice a week DAYS Monday or Tuesday, and Thursday The same person will be assigned for each visit. RATE To be agreed

I need efficient and thoughtful helpers to help sort, pack, tidy and organise items at a residence. Hours are flexible and will include inside and outside work. Gardening gloves required, indoor gloves supplied. I am getting rid of the last of my mums things after her house move. I can pay around $30 an hour and can offer blocks of min 4 hours all this week till work is finished. Multiple helpers welcome. If you have brooms, dustpans etc that is helpful. The work is fairly straight forward.
