I need someone go ti my place weekly in Cairns North to do some housekeeping works for the next 4 - 5 months. It is mainly for general housekeeping/clean and changing/washing sheets for our FIFO staffs. Payment method would be credit card and must be able to issue receipts.

I have a small 2 bedroom unit on Sheridan St that I Airbnb. I do most of the cleaning, but I am away for about 9 days every month. During this time I will need a cleaner. Are you able to give me a ball park price, subject to inspection. I have two complete sets of linen, so no laundry is required onsite. 1 x double bed to make, 1 x queen bed to make. One spare doona cover to change, (I alternate between the two beds). Bathroom to clean. Kitchen to clean. Rare that my guess do much cooking and unit has a dishwasher. So this is usually just a wipe over of surfaces. Entire vacuum and general spot cleaning as required. Unit is only small at 60m2 and it generally takes me about 1 and a half hours on site. All cleaning products supplies Laundry would also be required. Maximum of 4 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face washers, 2 tea towels, 2 sheet sets and 1 doona cover. Thanks Steve Thanks Steve 0416590351
