I'm looking for someone to clean a small (70sqm) 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment in Chippendale that is used for short term accomodation. Tasks include general cleaning, making up beds and presenting the property as per listing; liaising with laundry staff and ensuring linens are picked up and returned; taking inventory; ensuring consumable items are topped up; and reporting back to me (with photos) on the state of the place including any breakages, excess mess or trash. Must be flexible enough to work with the booking calendar. Parking for compact car on premises.

I am seeking a housekeeper to help on a weekly basis to tidy the house, change sheets, do washing, organise and declutter cupboards and do a light clean. I could offer $35 an hour for a shift of up to 6 hours a week.

Had a large Pot plant over wooden floors, minerals from soil have stained floors. When wipe it down and wet you can’t see them, but when drys they return. Not sure how to safely remove without staining the wood. Very small area. Thanks
