I’m looking for a friendly home cook/housekeeper to help me maintain a clean, organised home and prepare healthy meals for the family. Reason: My business has me work long hours so when I am available I want to be present with the kids and have fun with them. Here’s what I’m needing. Take a look and see if it’s interesting for you. Support Areas: Meal Preparation: cook evening meal (enough leftovers for next day lunch) for the family and kids snacks for lunchboxes. Make smoothie for my mum and coffee for me if I’m in meetings and can’t take a break. Tidying & organisation: Tidy and organise all rooms (kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms) ie. Make beds, refresh towels, restock soaps etc, check fridge supplies. Laundry: fold and put any laundry away. Put a load on and hang on line. Errands: pick up Grocery shopping click and collect if needed, and occasional errands. Looking for someone who is confident to be proactive and get me in order and feeling organised and eating well. I need some help with a spring clean of all our cupboards and drawers. This involves removing all items and cleaning out drawers and cupboards. Then, placing items back in very neatly. This includes arranging items nicely, as well as neatly folding clothing and linen. You'll need to be a super tidy person and someone who can fold clothes and linen to perfection. This is approximately 5 hours work from 9am on the day.

After the recent weather events, we have been affected by dampness and white mould on our belongings. It's not a lot, but it is there and we need to clean our things before we pack and move them. We are relocating over the next 3-4 weeks, and with us both working full time, we need some help getting through it all. The Task: Cleaning items as you go prior to putting them in packing boxes or bags, to hopefully reduce the amount of transfer of mould to our new home ✔️ Kitchen - Clean & Pack - Crockery, cutlery & utensils, appliances ✔️ Living / Dining - Clean & pack decor. Wash and pack blankets and pillows ✔️ Outdoors - Pressure clean outdoor furniture and strip covers off the cushions, wash and dry them (with my washer/dryer) ✔️ Linen Cupboard - Wash, dry. fold and pack all towels, sheets etc ✔️ Kids room - Clean toys, clothes, pack boxes. Strip and wash bedding. Clean down drawers, bed & furniture ✔️ Master Room - Wash, dry, fold all clothes in the wardrobe and drawers. ✔️ Pack into boxes. Strip and wash all bedding ✔️ Spare Room - We have been in the place only 6 months, this was the room we put half empty boxes and just things in, a junk room you could say! ✔️ Empty and dispose of old boxes. Regular ongoing make youth support worker needed to help my 17 year old high functioning ADHD/ASD son. He needs assistance to get motivated, transport him to and from medical and job seeking appointments, mentoring, cleaning his room and other daily hygiene practices.

This is a regular job that I need reliability and flexibility with. The house is usually left very clean and free of rubbish. All beds need to be stripped and remade. Some linen is hired, some on site. So washing of some linens and beach towels is needed. Dropping off and picking up of other linens is necessary. All surfaces cleaned in all rooms including bathrooms and kitchen. Top ups of soaps, cloths, tea, coffee, fridge items etc. This would beat suit a team of cleaners as we are usually very busy in the holiday periods and around 50% capacity during low season. Again this is a regular job that I require reliability and flexibility with for the reason that we do sometimes get last minute bookings or have back to back same day bookings. Hi, We have just moved back into a newly renovated house and realise we have bitten off more than we can chew with the unpack. There is dust everywhere and literally every cupboard needs clearing (builders packed every cupboard with random stuff so they could work), shelves then need cleaning, and items need sorting, being individually cleaned, and then put back in a more sensible place. Our outdoor furniture also needs to be washed, and the balcony swept. Our fridge needs to be emptied, each item cleaned, and rearranged. The floors then need a good vacuum and mop, and the kitchen benches cleaned. There will also be some odd jobs. We have the necessary cleaning products (in fact, only want ours used) but do not have a mop, so would require you to bring that. We are happy with one, or multiple people. There is enough work to go around if you have a few friends. $40 per hour per person. This job must be done Boxing Day Saturday however.
