It’s a small 1-bedroom unit and the tasks should take no longer than an hour. Here’s what needs to be done: Upon arrival, let me know the condition of the unit (is it neat and tidy?). Clean the unit (1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, lounge etc.). Wash and dry the sheets and towels (dryer or hot day, so it should hopefully be quick!). Replenish bathroom supplies: 4 rolls of toilet paper (from cupboard), new bin liners, and make sure kitchen and bathroom bins are emptied. Replenish coffee and sugar sachets in kitchen. We are looking for a cleaner to complete Airbnb turnovers at our 2 bedroom Dee Why apartment as our current cleaners are moving. The cleaning is simple and will include switching over linen and washing the alternating set between cleans. There will be ongoing cleans generally with plenty of notice, some with a specific time window of 10-2pm. Hello! We are a young family and need a bit of help keeping our little house clean, tidy and in order. On a weekly basis (probably over 2-3 smaller sessions per week rather than one big session), the following items need taking care of: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - kitchen (dishwasher packing and unpacking) - laundry (kids and adults) In terms of cleaning, it's the usual - surfaces, vacuuming, the occasional mopping and general tidying. Occasionally (less than weekly), there is also some light gardening we need help with (e.g. vacuuming up leaves) and windows to be cleaned inside and out. We have all the cleaning supplies, so no need to bring your own. In total, we reckon it'll take about 5-7 hours each week, but happy to be advised otherwise. The ideal days for us are Mondays and Thursdays or Fridays, and we are flexible on the times. When you bid, please let tell us a bit about you – we are keen to get to know you as a person. :) This job is a one-off, weekly cleans are easier to organise outside of AT if it's a fit.
