In March of this year I had major spinal surgery which has been debilitating. I’ll be needing your help with tidying, sorting & culling & with other simple domestic tasks (carrying light items like broken lamp & mirror outside). I’m on the ground floor - easy access downstairs (rubbish & shared garden). I’ve been on my own. 😟😫 Due to injury, pain & immobility a 30 min tasks for most people takes me 3 weeks & depletes so much time & energy. This has had a huge impact on my confidence. I’ve felt useless & helpless. I don’t have any family support. Before the injury & surgery I was extremely independent. I would love an able-bodied companion to help. De-cluttering, sorting, tidying, culling excess stuff. This will also involve carrying/moving some things (e.g plants) one short flight of stairs down to the garden. My energy & physical thresholds are low for lots of reasons - being bed-bound, loss of strength, can’t exercise, pain medication & having 18 months wait before I can start any rehab. A motivated, understanding & compassionate person who can appreciate how chronic pain, injury & immobility leave a person disabled would feel very supportive. I may be over-estimating but I’m putting out the task as for two days of 5 hours help (12-6pm with a 1 hour break) for Tues 6th & Wed 7th August paid $200 per day. Pictured is the end & edges of my bed (clothes etc) & section of the lounge. It’s a very small space & pictured clutter may be tidier before Tuesday 6th. Your help would provide me with such emotional support. $200 for 5 hours work Tues 6th & Wed 7th August (12-6pm with 1 hour break). It may take less time than this. Airbnb cleaning needed after each guest is gone. This includes: 1- general cleaning & dusting each time 2- change the beds and towels 3- check for stains on sheets & towels & spray if stained. And notify the laundry if it. 4- drop sheets & towels to the laundry accros the street. 5- check against small inventory that everything is fine in the apt (nothing missing or broken) 6- report (with photos) any issues to us, when things are stained, broken or missing. Just after cleaning is finished. 7- from time to time, might need to get to the shop accross the street to buy new supply, like toilets paper, cleaning products etc …. Will refund based on tickets receipt. We have an average of 2 cleaning needed per week. The cleaning generally must start around 10 am and be done by 2 pm. Very easy access 5 min walk from kings cross train station. Building has a lift and apt is on 1 st floor. It’s a small 51 sqm apt. So extremely easy & fast to clean. I’ve just moved house and have had surgery and need help putting my clothes in my wardrobe and organising (note: I have a lot of clothes and two double robes and all the storage boxes). I love having my space tidy and organised but as a small business owner with way too much to do and not enough time, my apartment's been neglected for way too long and the clutter has built up. So I've taken Wed & Thurs off work and I'm looking for someone to work with me to help me get organised on one or two days. A lot of my existing storage is not well planned so I'll need to re-organise so I can get the things I need away in a well ordered fashion, and the things I don't sorted to be recycled/donated/thrown out etc. Open to suggestions about the best way of doing everything, including the possibly of having the someone return for a couple of hours to help me finalise things after I have purchased specific storage solutions if that's required. I am looking for someone who is great at efficiently organising/packing kitchen spaces to create best use of space.
