Help me reduce the amount of ‘stuff’ in my life - particularly in the main bedroom (overwhelmed by clothes I don’t wear) and the spare bedroom (that’s right - the dreaded junk room). Looking for a couple of pairs of energetic hands or perhaps an organiser. Expecting to dedicate mornings to the effort, ideally starting next Monday (was Thursday, but now have some commitments later this week). You’ll help sort into piles of keep, chuck, sell, and donate. And organise the ‘keep’ pile in logical and easy to maintain locations, suggesting practical systems for ongoing management. I’m expecting you’ll submit the number of hours you’d be allocating for the given budget, and a bit about why you’d be great for the job. I’m not a decluttering expert myself, so my guess at how long the job will take is unlikely to be reliable. I’m also not willing to post photos of my ‘stuff’ on the open internet. I’d expect the work will happen over 2-3 mornings next week. Ideally 2 - 3 hour sessions. I’ve mentioned the bedrooms specifically because they are where the greatest difference will be made. However there is potential to extend the job to other areas of the house if this engagement proves to be efficient and effective in producing the desired outcome. Cleaning not required, thank you.

I have ADHD and need help organising my house/life. I am looking for someone with experience with this sort of thing, but basically, someone to spend a few hours a week with me to get my house sorted and under control. I have regular cleaners so this will not be that sort of cleaning job. This will be helping me get on top of all the things that I have been ignoring, helping me organise cupboards so I can avoid the ADHD doom pile. Force me to do some long procrastinated jobs like booking rubbish removal etc. Basically, keep me focused while offering help/tips on how to better organise my house to stay on top of everything for the future. Looking for maybe a day or three to start and then on going hours as needed. (The budget is hourly, not for the entire thing :D) I really am looking for someone that understands the nightmare that is house management with ADHD and can help me help my self. I rent out my place on airbnb, but I am a city away, so I need someone reliable that can fully clean it and get it ready as like I would. I need the person to be thorough. And proactive when it comes to maintenance issues or supplies. The garden is very simple, but would need tiles swept and hosed down. Windows are a significant part of the apartment, so window cleaning is a must. And ideally be able to iron sheets and replace, or have them that the beds are in top condition, ready for new guests. So I need a price to basically manage the place and wash and turn over the beds. I understand it's not an easy job, as you are resetting cutlery and glasses back in same spot and then washing and drying all the linen and towels. Then comes the attention to detail so it feels like the place is new every time someone comes in. With re-stocking of milk and fruit and making sure necessities are up to date. Fresh toilet roll each time. Batteries in remotes checked etc.. And also be able with enough notice to turn the place around in a day. Parking on site. Hi there, I have 2 bedrooms and 1 lounge room (unit/apartment) that require a professional, deep clean. There’s also a small walk in wardrobe area that leads from the master bedroom. There’s floorboards by the entrance and hallway leading to bedrooms so just the 3 rooms and walk in master wardrobe area m. It’s a light-mid greenish colour. The carpet hasn’t been professionally cleaned, and is over 9 years old. There are some stains, but mainly wear and tear. No pets. There will be no furniture on the carpet when you arrive. There’s parking just downstairs at Sydney Park Village, and a lift to come up with your gear. Additional to the carpet, can you also provide an estimate to include one white rug about 2x3m to be deep cleaned. It’s very dirty and needs a good clean as it’s not really white anymore like it should be. Can this be an optional extra in your quote as I may not proceed with the rug cleaning (quote dependent). I live in an apartment and need help organising my small closet, I have a lot of stuff and find it difficult to find things so would like it to bed organised.
