Need help sorting out my daughters wardrobes and toy cabinets to remove old clothes and tidy up toys into categories

I need someone to come clean and organise my home for 2-3 hours 2-3 times a week. The main tasks being the folding/hanging and putting away of laundry, general tidying and cleaning of all areas, vacuuming, and organising different spaces so they are more functional. This is an ongoing position, and can be spread out to 2 or 3 days a week, depending on the need on the week. We require someone who has a positive energy and is happy to work independently and see what needs to be done and just take the initiative and do it. Because as long as my home is clean and organised at the end of your visit, then you have done your job. The pay is $20 hour, min 6 hours per week. I need my home organized and cleaned. I need someone who is a cleaning whiz and can get my home sorted. You need to be able to work without direction and make decisions on your own. Initially I'd say 3 hours the first couple of times so you can get things to sorted then come for 2 hours 3 times a week. My dear friend has recently moved and is also in the middle of renovating. Which means she hasn’t been able to unpack properly and as she works, there hasn’t been time to sort, unpack and clean. She’s managed at least half but I want to surprise her for her birthday with someone who is an organisation whiz! I need someone who can come in and take initiative and do this last part for her. I’m expecting 4-6 hours work. I can’t supply images as its a surprise and not my home.

Hi Aisha, I have ADHD, three children, and lots of ‘projects’. All of this has been manageable until the past three weeks. An unplanned major plumbing issue (outside) meant that I spent a few weeks managing a huge emergency dig up of our courtyard space, then repaving, cleaning etc. and THEN it has had to be all dug up again. During this time regular tasks piled up, things were placed wherever they could be, and clean clothes became a floordrobe from hell. I have also had four debilitating migraines during ten days (currently in bed with one) which has not happened before either! Usually one and I lose two days max. The situation now is that one room is covered in (clean) pieces of fabric and clothing that form the basis of the sewing projects I was starting before the plumbing disaster. The tool cupboard, recently organised and labeled clearly by me, has been raided and shoved back too many times so it’s chaos and there are tools and bits and bobs all over the house. There are piles of objects I was fixing or grouping for sale and donation, as well as empty bags and tubs. I keep ‘shoving’ it in cupboards and closing the door and then need to pull it all out to get the ‘one’ thing someone needs in a hurry! It’s all clean, and I don’t have hoarding issues, in fact I’m very keen to get rid of things and organise everything into its logical place, BUT it’s now so tangled together that without extra person-power and uninterrupted hours (my kids are 3,5, and 11 and each need the usual shopping, cooking, care, attention, clean clothes and school pickups etc as a minimum) that I need help! I’ve lost ten days of life to migraine and am barely scraping through. So I really want to hire someone/two people to come in and simply group like-with-like, rehang or fold my own clothing, and give me a head start! I have lots of tubs and those big ikea bags that we can mark with masking tape ( ‘boots’, ‘kid art’ etc) for me to go through and find logical homes for later or in a separate piece of work, but for now, it’s just to please ‘tidy, group, and fold/hang’. Is this something you’ve did me before? It looks like my house has been ransacked because it has! Repeatedly! And it’s gotten away from me. My husband works from home and is desperate for tidy but has no hours to commit to it between work and care of our three kids while I’m sick. It’s a lovely house, and under normal circumstances I have had it showroom ready for Airbnb guests even, but it currently looks like an explosion of stuff and it’s overwhelming me. I can’t even get a cleaner to come in right now because everything needs to be picked up off the floor but if I do that and throw it all on a bed, it will be back to tangled right away. I am a professional Make-up Artist who is setting up a blogging/ and Make-up room. I have the furniture and storage for all the product, but need a team or some women who can pack the makeup away and have it presented very professionally. I have references for what I know I want. This is something I certainly need help with but most of all I need those who will take pride in packing it into drawers in a way that is easiest for me to see and access and also very tidy. The Make-up room will be used for me to create Make-up transformations aswell as do videos/ tik toks and blog from. All my makeup is currently in cardboard boxes and containers so it will need putting away neatly. If something needs a wipe with a cloth I expect it will be wiped so everything looks beautiful. You must have an eye for detail. Be very tidy in your placement of products.

Removal and disposal of the pictured building materials from light renovations. Drawers from old kitchen have already been disassembled to be flattened for ease. The job is on a commercial shopping street, so needs to be as efficient as possible. Parking might be an issue otherwise. If you are able to park in a loading zone that's even better!
