We run a short stay accommodation business located throughout Victoria. We are looking for a regular cleaner / property manager who is able to help with changeovers for our property in Bell Post Hill. Typically property has 1-3 changeovers per week, with each changeover involving approximately three hours of work. Work hours are generally 10am - 4pm, 7 days per week (often on weekends). Need to have your own vehicle and be available to work these hours. Work will be consistant but differing days of work, so would suit someone who doesn't have additional work during the day. Role includes: Cleaning the property between stays - kitchen, bathroom, vacuum, mop etc Handling linen change - either can be washed on site, taken home, or washed at a laundromat Ensuring the property is well presented to upcoming guests and all supply items are fully stocked (toilet paper, cleaning products, salt/pepper, shampoo etc)
