Hi, I have 3 properties which I rent rooms on Airbnb, each one 15' to each other. Price is per hour per person I need a solo for 5 hours or a Group of 2 for about 3 hours. Duties involve: Cleaning rooms (about 2 on each property per day) Daily Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens (no deep clean) Washing and drying some linen (not all the check outs, just the ones that can be done while on the property, the rest will be drop out in the last one) Brushing an vacuuming Prepare beds Can provide all equipment and products Need vehicle to move from one to another Will start with 3 times a week, can grow up for 5/7 days a week. Will start the job side by side with me until get into the rythm. Paid by hour, not by job. Don't need good english for the job, just have to say "I'm just Cleaning, please call x number"

I have an old garage that is full of random things. Some work has been done to stock boxes on shelves and label but I have renovated two rooms recently and all those storage items have gone in the shed so now it is hard to navigate. I need a ton of boxes flattened, a rubbish pile made, paint tins pulled out, some heavy tile boxes moved into the back of the shed, and a new shelving unit setup. Make it useable, organised and so I can walk in again. I think it is about 3 hours work about I'm not sure.
