Quickly and neatly put away clothes and organize a WIR in a new house

I am currently needing help with some housework and weekly shopping, due to some injuries, I have limited mobility. One morning a week for the next couple of weeks, approximately 4 hours.

1 person to help move furniture, packing tubs, garden pots and rubbish to skip for 2 hours 11:00am to 1:00pm plus l have already organised 1 other air Tasker to help with above tasks.

I can provide cleaning gear if required We need a daily cleaner Monday to Friday. Who helps with tidying the house (pick up wet towels and tidy kitchen post breakfast) Washing Folding Ironing (very rare) Basically we both have very busy schedules and my partner has adhd so he doesn’t see the whirlwind he leaves behind Mondays probably need 3hrs then 2hours every other day. Bathrooms once a week Floors once a week We would want to meet with you so just offer an hourly rate through here for this work and we can go from there. So house was abandoned late last year and has had people coming in and out of the property as they please. Needless to say the property is in quite a state.. just need everything on the property that isn't meant to be there gone.. this includes, clothing, beds, tables,electronics, everything you expect to find in a house. Will most likely need a skip not sure if that can be provided but let me know if it can.. Have uploaded photos that someone has taken for me. The housekeeper's main responsibilities will revolve around two areas: firstly, cooking and tidying up the kitchen; secondly, handwashing small items of the children's clothing, as well as organizing and tidying up clothes, along with the daily cleaning of the house. I will need help 3-4 nights a week (days flexible depending on your schedule. I need someone who can clean up the kitchen after dinner (ie wash dishes, stack dishwasher, wipe bench, sweep floor) and fold laundry at the end of the day. This is during the time I bath my kids and put them to bed. I will be solo parenting for a while hence the short term help. Time 6-7pm and the rate is $25 a day. Need help preparing meals twice per week. We are looking for a whole foods plant based diet, so some experience in how to make this category of cooking delicious would be advantageous. More specifically, this is how we see it working: - We give you the target macro split and any particular ingredients. - You propose recipes to us over email and we choose 4 recipes for each week. - You shop the ingredients - You cook from your own home or our office, 2 times per week. The first cook up covers Lunch and Dinner for 3 days. The second cook up covers 4 days. - Food to be packaged in meal containers and delivered to us (or just put in our fridge if you cook from our place). We do not need Chef level experience. A knowledgeable plant based home cook is sufficient. Price quoted is for 4 recipes cooked across 2 different days. This is a fairly easy small project to collect about 40 or so boxes maybe a bit more, plus clothes in containers or plastic maybe and all kinds of other basic home items from a 8 cubic metre storage unit . Also a few items of furniture which are a few chairs and marble coffee table and one white stationery cupboard which requires 2 men to lift it and a few other bits and pieces left over from another storage unit. Therefore only wish to engage with polite and caring professional people who are reliable and honest plus responsible !
