Overload of items and everything is disorganised Open to ideas, maybe room by room, lots of old excess secure paperwork, possibly list larger items online for sale - flexible days, hours, times, best suited to someone who has done this previously. No animals or squalor or biohazard, just lots of possessions, dust,excess of things.

I have a granny flat in my yard that we mainly use for family staying but want to set it up as an Airbnb in between. Work and various unexpected life events have meant that we've to got about 80% of getting it ready, but just don't have the time to finish it off for the next month.
