I recently moved into a new house and have unpacked most of my things, but I still have a few areas that need attention. I’m looking for someone who’s skilled at organising and has an eye for design and detail. Here’s what I need help with: • Clothing: Unpack and organise my bedroom, putting all clothes away neatly, etc. • Records: Alphabetically organise my record collection back into its cabinet (they’re already sorted in boxes in order, just need to be put back in the cabinet in order). • Music Room: Reorganise shelves and equipment in a way that makes sense—right now, it’s a bit chaotic! • Plants: Find thoughtful spots for about a dozen indoor plants currently on the back deck. • Lounge Room: Help tidy and organise this space to make it functional and inviting. I’m a single dad running my own business, so I’m busy, but I like a home where everything has its place. I’ll be around to provide guidance but want someone who can make decisions and organise with care, not just stash things out of sight. Take ownership and it will take at least 8 hours. My house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, a combined living area, kitchen and home office, and a courtyard. The duties I need assistance with are as follows: 1. Cleaning the entire house: This includes scrubbing the floors, vacuuming all rooms, cleaning windows, and ensuring the cleanliness of the bathrooms, living area, and bedrooms. 2. Courtyard maintenance: I would need the courtyard tidied up, with any dog poos, leaves or debris collected. 3. Washing and organising: please run a load or two of washing and hang to dry. Any clean clothes should be packed away. Additionally, help organising the rooms, packing things away and out of sight would be helpful. I like everything put away somewhere, so help decluttering would be appreciated. I do have some supplies, but my preference is that you have your own equipment and cleaning supplies. Whole house including balcony on Thursday or Friday Isn’t too messy - only 1 female living there with 2 cats. My best friends mother has just passed away and she isn’t coping too well- she lives alone with 2 cats and I’m arranging for her house to get cleaned as she is struggling to get out of bed.
