Organising of baby clothing in 2 wardrobes. General declutter of wardrobes

Hi Need help to organizs declutter and clean kitchen ,kids bedroom n play area in my unit.

I have two boys 4 and 3 they share the same draws and room. My 9month baby won’t let me do anything. Folding washing and draws to sort and organise

Just one room that needs to be clean. Wont take long, honestly it’s such an easy job but I do not have the mental capacity to do it lol. more than half of those boxes are empty lol i literally just cant get myself to clear them. i need someone to organise clothes, cupboard dressing table, and florals and ofc to take the boxes with them to dispose downstairs. i have vaccum and wipes and sprays you don’t really need to bring anything unless you want too. Hello! I live in a 2 bedder grannyflat but work crazy hours so cleaning time is limited with my schedule. Looking for a weekly clean (dusting, vacuum, mop, sheet changes, bathroom and dishes stacked in dishwasher), this will be ongoing work and the place is not at all big. I've had previous cleaning assistance and in total for a deep clean it took her all up of about an hour for the whole place. She has happily taken her absence due to welcoming her new baby and therefore I am looking for someone long term to assist me.
