I am seeking three to four people , to help to erect this outdoor shade. The gazebo is an extra-strong Hercules Pro 57, 6 x 3m maximum-strength frame with a heavy- duty canopy. This weighs 4 x what most gazebos weigh, so it needs up to 4 people for the lifting and moving. I will be interested in three individual responses, or in a response that includes all three people . So the offered price is the offer to each individual, for 2 1/2 hours All on the basis that I expect to include a fourth person of my own, who has done it before. The position and assembly need to be accurate and well-secured, as it will serve as a carport and has to straddle a concrete driveway. The steps to do this task, include: - set out all materials, parts and tools so that they can be easily accessed but out of the way (no trip hazards); - mark out where the legs will go; - clear away rocks and stones; - loosen the soil to allow the pegs to go in (they are more than 30 cm long); - remove the cardboard box from the frame and cover the frame with it carry-bag to keep it clean; - shift it into the centre of the space that we have marked out, using a trolley and a ground sheet or tarpaulin to help; - have four people lift the frame and open it part way; - spread the canopy over the frame; - fully expand the frame; - lift the top a little; - lift three legs at a time and extend them to the first notch / detent (minimum height); - carefully, get the valance of the canopy properly in place; - get inside and strap the canopy to the rafters; - drive the long pegs through the holes in the feet, taking care not to damage the mallet; - Fasten down the canopy to the pegs; - put a steel weight onto each leg; - Clean up, tidy up, stow away the tools and bags and unused materials, leave no trip hazards or junk in the yard.

I have 2 rooms with short pile carpet that needs stern cleaning as my cat has peed on it (I have cleaned properly at the time but want to get rid of all traces) One tiny room (last pic with circular rug - it’s 2m x 2m) and one normal /bigger sized room (the first 2 pics - a bedroom and attached walk in) No need to move furniture as I want the walked on areas done only I’ll need someone who can go over the few areas that have been peed on throughly, multiple times.

All with direction from on site. $100 per man per hour - minimum 4 hours on site.


Jay answered a very last minute task for a job we needed extra hands on deck. All reports from site was that he was a great worker, easy to deal with and just got stuck in!
