Really trying my luck here. I am a carer for my parents and my mental health has been in the bin my whole life but particularly recently as my parents have moved into a nursing home and I am now dealing with every corner of their financial and medical needs. I also have learned I have inhereted hoarding. I went through my own break up a few years back and there’s a lot I find hard to let go of.
