Probs 60/40 carpet/tile ratio Week 2 Change sheets on three queen beds. No laundry work needed, they’ll be done by us between visits. COOKING (every week) Meal prep two large meals, and portion into 10 tubs each. All simple, ingredients provided, and methods if needed. Minimal peel and chop required. 1 hour prep time at most. Approx 2 hours cook time, while doing the cleaning tasks.Things like pasta bake, boiled rice with mince meat and frozen veg, chilli con carne, slow cook meat and veg etc. All required items will be provided for you.

The task is to work through storage areas and add items to Itemtopia, an asset management app. The goal is to organise the details of everything we have and where it is (storage bin and room in house or shed). We've organised a hard rubbish collection at the olds' house after a big spring clean-out. We need some muscle to help get the place cleaned up and ready for Christmas. Specifically: •Move heavy furniture and boxes to the shed •Stack hard rubbish on the nature strip •Rearrange some furniture •Help us with a general organise/tidy up on the back deck We reckon it'll take about 4 hours and we'll provide lots of cold drinks and encouragement. I've been dealing with some mental/physical health conditions and so haven't kept up with tidying/cleaning or keeping good habits. I live in a backyard in a studio granny flat with 3 cats and share a yard with two dogs (owned by my landlords) Tasks required will include: Picking up and removing rubbish from home (too much for shared rubbish bin) Cleaning dishes Sweeping/vacuum/mopping (spot cleaning supplies can be provided but I don't own a mop) Cleaning areas soiled by cats (no urine, solids only) including scattered litter Tidying/removing excess stuff (happy for help with getting stuff donated) Not required but would be an amazing help: Assistance with fish tank upkeep Assistance with kitty litter upkeep Assistance with laundry (I have access to my landlords laundry with washer and dryer, will make sure both machines are free for the day) Total area is a single room with a kitchenette and a tiny bathroom I will be home and present, I will either be out of the way or using having someone here as motivation to do the tasks not required here (or dying from a migraine, hopefully not that one)
